High Density Polyethylene
HDPE sheet is designed for automotive, leisure transportation and general vacuum forming applications.
HDPE is available in a full range of colours and can be matched to a specific colour references or to a customer sample.
For out door use HDPE can be UV stabilised against colour degradation.
Low Density Polyethylene
LDPE is one of the softest of the grades of polyethylene's and is used primarily for washers and gaskets in the plumbing industry and, is suitable for vacuum forming applications.
Polypropylene Copolymer
PP Copolymer sheet is a very versatile polyolefin and like HDPE is designed for general vacuum forming applications but is especially suited for use with potentially hazardous substances.
Polypropylene is available talc filled to reduce the risk of shrinkage and give further stiffness/stability to the sheet.
High Impact Polystyrene
HIPS is often specified for low strength structural applications when impact resistance, machinable and low cost are required.
